Step 1: Size the network and measurement points

List your measurement points—main meters, sub-meters, tenants and energy-intensive loads—and define which values are required for monitoring and control. Choose wired or wireless M-Bus based on the building’s conditions; wireless is suitable for renovations and distributed measurement points, while wired is suitable when you can easily reach the meters with a cable.
